How to get to The S at Rancho Mirage:
From Interstate 10, exit Ramon Road to Bob Hope Drive. Go south to Frank Sinatra Drive and turn right at the stoplight. Gate to The S at Rancho Mirage is 500 yards on the left.
From Highway 111, turn north on Frank Sinatra Drive. Gates to The S at Rancho Mirage are one mile on the right (just before Bob Hope Drive).
Slacks, pants, knickers, or Bermuda-length shorts. An acceptable shirt must have a collar – a traditional fold-down, a raised crew-neck, or mock turtleneck that clearly differentiates from a T-shirt. Shirttails other than “Hawaiian” must be tucked in. No denim.
Dresses, skirts, Bermuda-length shorts, skorts, capris and slacks are acceptable attire for wear on the golf course, driving range, locker room and Clubhouse. Jeans, regardless of design, are not permitted. An acceptable shirt must have a collar – a traditional fold-down, a raised crew-neck, or mock turtleneck – that clearly differentiates it from a T-shirt. No denim including dresses. The limit for shorts and skirts will be no shorter than six (6) inches above the middle of the back of the knee. Short shorts, halter tops and swimming attire are prohibited. Sleeveless shirts without a traditional fold-down collar are permitted, provided the shoulder strap width is at least four (4) inches across.
Proper golf attire, as outlined under “Golf Course Attire”, is acceptable at all times and in all club facilities with exception of certain special events. Country Club appropriate denim or jeans are permitted year round in all parts of the clubhouse, with the exception of specific events. Jeans or denim appearing overly baggy, worn, torn, ripped, unclean or with holes will not be allowed. If wearing jeans please wear neat appropriate accompanying attire such as a collared shirt. Jeans or denim may not be worn on any part of the golf course, practice range, or putting green. T-shirts, short shorts, and items in poor taste are never acceptable at any time and in any location. Men are asked to remove their hats or caps in the upstairs dining facility.
